DC Shoes, Wakeboarding/Wakeskating

Is DC ever going to make any wakeskate shoes? How many riders do they sponsor? I know they sponsor grubb, necrasson, and shane bonifay, bu who else, i have never seen any adds or anything that promotes DC and wakeboarding/skating together

I was at a friend's party on friday night and one of the guys there is the DC rep for the southeast U.S. I talked to him about the situation with Grubb, Necrason, and SHane. He said that Grubb, while he doesnt get play on their website or put in ads is the real deal for them. He could be out 3 months, and still get payed. Necrason and Shane on the other hand basically get photo incentive and alot of flow. Wake sports to them are 4th tier and he said that the company would like to expand into the market more eventually but that they feel its centered way to much around Orlando right now.

He didn't say it in a bad way, just alluded to the fact that wakeskating/boarding is more regional than say, skateboarding.

Interesting. I would have thought that now since DC is owned by Quicksilver, they would be more into the wake scene.

RUSSIAN, Orlando cant mess with NOR*CAL aint that right! No but really I want to move down there after I graduate from college, but I better finish high school first.
