would someone be able make me a frame(that i will buy from them lol) like the light released one just with a place to stake it down in sand and wheels?

DMoneyy, i hear yahs, good to see people doing research too. Not just the one quick buy. Sometimes it can save you a bundle.

when i built my first frame i bought all the necessary metal offline and then brought up my blueprints of my frame to my community college and talked to the professor in charge of welding... and he helped me cut and weld my frame together... try goin up to your college and talking someone up there... definately the cheap way to do it
