(watch the vid)

The only positive thing is that this green algae is much more obvious. I think this affects a lot of the wakeskaters out here, since almost all of us ride the delta at one point or another. Luckily this should die down as we head into winter...

Green is a sign of intelligence. And money. And Mitch's fave Mike & Ike color.

Don let dem dang ol' meebers scare you. In Some countries, Natives consider algae a delicacy and use it as tooth paste.

ollieshuvitz, now do you see why I stick to my lake and it's overgrown carp ?

Cold water and carp > dirty delta and algae

Steven M, delta butter > white-capped McClure.

also 30min drive > 2.5hr drive.

enjoi.

p.s. - i do prefer the clean lake > delta: iff: no one is on the water and there is no wind.

also, i cant decide which i like better. empty cars in the delta that have been there for years *OR* 2004 chevy suburbans with baby car seats sunk 2ft below the canal in miami. hmmm, thats a tough one...

ollieshuvitz, it's not always white-capped and even when it is, that's when it houseboat time.

P.S. we need to hit the houseboat up again.. a little trip is in order, I'll talk to william and see what's up with him and the 'Bu.

im down to battle some amoebas for delta butter. The beauty of the delta is if its blown out in one direction of a slough then go down a slough perpindicular to that one, there you will find glass.
