has anyone else ever torn their cartilage below their rib cage (hanging rib) on their front foot side?
i had an injury snowboarding from landing in the flats, and it got better since march, but today on my last pull it felt like someone was standing on my ribcage below my tow arm...i just don't know if this is a common injury for wake-riders, or a stupid re-injury on my own part (or both). it really only hurts when i flex my abdominal muscles.
Thanks. _________________ skim it, skate it, slash it, bash it...ride hard. |
