Go check out rlandthefilm.com if you are into 16mm wakeskate films. In the words of TH "This may not be for all you wakeskate jocks." Brian Soderlind has spent the last few years filming with a small group of riders and has made his 16mm "experiment" for all to enjoy. Check out the website for info on Brian, the film, and the film's debut party on August 31st. Oh yeah, did I mention the trailer. Bravo to the Golden Bear. Along with the website, Brian has asked some of the riders to post unique individual trailers on their Myspace sites, so search around to find more glimpses of RLAND.

JB_CANSKATE, bt, areed, byerly, grubby, gd
and i saw a clip of hampson but hes not listed as one of the 'riders'
it looks pretty sick. bt kills it in the trailor

LADIES!!!! – The site http://www.rlandthefilm.com/ doesn’t appear to work using Internet Explorer 7 (IE 7 Sucks and is a piece of sha-it). It works just fine in Firefox. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ . Just download Firefox…. Both the site and the Trailer are Bada$$
That must have been expensive to film it all in 16mm, but obviously worth it. “Golden Bear”??? This won best picture at the Berlin Film Festival?????
I can’t wait to see wakeskating have more films that marriage art and sports. Skateboarding has done a good job of that. Snowboard films were stale for a while until Volcom came out with “The Garden.” I enjoyed that film.
