Woke up at 6am, hitch a ride with a friend to the pier. Supposingly we're having wakeskating session at 8am.

Everything was fine first run...and subsequently...my second set..after an hour rest. I hit the water again. I realised I didn't have the strength to have a full grip and let go 5 time consecutive being pulled up by the boat no matter how hard I tried to grip but I felt no power on the grip itself and let go.Called it a day soon after that. That's it...maybe I didn't had any bfast or sumthin...

Maybe it's just me...frustrating!!! Sad

Hmm...not really but the day before I had 800meters Dragonboat race. D'ya think that has some impact on my arm muscle??? Coz right now I can't feel any force on my grip no matter how hard I try.

I've had this happen to me. Usually only when I am not getting up well. Like, if you're not popping up well... do you deep water start, or lay on your back and pop up?

I can do both and the fact i tried both way to reduce tension on my grip kinda like locking finger still today the instant i got up, I lose my grip...it's kinda like my arm and finger went numb and my muscle slackened. This is my first time having this problem...I'd only worried if there's sumthin wrong sumwhere...hopefully it's due to over strain my muscle the day before...prolly need a few days to recover. I hope. Confused
