| hey does anyone have any tips on the varial flip... ive tried a couple but i have trouble getting the board all the way around on the shuvit part. |

you need to shuv harder to compensate for the interference of the flick. first of you need pop, and with the pop you are gonna need alotta shuv, and when i say shuv, i mean a big shuv up and out there. now you got that, as you shuv try and keep your front foot on the board, point your toes down, and before the board peaks, flick out and up and off your heel edge with the toes of your front foot. now watch her do what she does best ....spot your landing and try and catcher hi and out in front....ride out opn your heels..good luck _________________ dbanana wrote:

| Raven pretty much nailed it but i found that moving ur front foot up a couple inches will help the board shuv more. |
