Seeing how I only get to wakeskate 3 or 4 times a week in the summer, it helps to have something else to keep me from turning into a porker. I used to run a mile and a half everyday. The problem is once I started trampboarding, I felt like I was getting the same effects and it was just so much more damn fun. I just don't have it in me to run anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think 30 minutes of trampolining it up is as effective as, if not more effective, than running.
What I'm getting to is, what do you guys do for exercise?

i skateboard and remain sexually active Smash

Haha but really, i skateboard, would REALLY like to get a tramp, and occasionally hit the gym. I walk a lot too considering a lot of my skate spots i can't skate straight to, and end up having to hike a bit Surprised

running will get you in much better shape. look at the marathon runners. but trampboarding will keep the twinky pounds off

I'd say any exercise that you actually enjoy is good exercise. If it's boring you're just gonna quit...

After being in cross country and track throughout my high school years, I run an average of 6 miles a day. I'll agree that it does get boring and hard to maintain. Try changing up the route and/or listening to fast-paced music when running to entertain yourself and change the pace. I would think a lot of leg work in the gym would show some progress with wakeskating as well.
