Collegiate Team Challange on April 28th and 29th

anybody going?? I'll prob be going reping OU...its in Beaumont, TX again.

Last year we qualified 2nd then ended up 4th in the finals b\c they changed the format due to rain and time...we wouldlnt have won anyways, UCF was too freakin good!

I will probably be there with UT. I won't be skating though, my bro is a lot better than me. Its going to be pretty tight. I hope I can make it.

I might go but if I do I'm just riding for the freeriding portion. Last year was a ton of fun. There were so many good riders there (mostly from Florida). Lots of booze and a little spodi-odi too. Hope to see yall there if I can make it.

Yeah last year was a lot of fun!! Except the day of the finals just sitting in the car all day and then not even being able to ride b\c the best wakeboarders were doing their little showdown thing...

bryanbryanbb08, Yea I just remember Joram from our team and Austin Hair were goin at it. Joram just kept throwin whirlys and toe mobes and Austin looked nervous as hell Laughing

. Austin threw down though in both wakeboarding and skating.

haha I remember you and your friend both did...everyone was like WTF are they doing, haha>>yeah well austin is a pro so he is suppose to be that good and he is. That kid(austin) was amazing. IMO he was the best wakeskater and wakeboarder there!
He rode right before me and I had to borrow his line and handle b\c the guy that had ours went back to the hotel room and had it with him.

i skated terrible that day haha. the worst i have in a real long time. but hey, at least we didn't come in last! Laughing

and there was a mix up when i bought some stuff from whatever shop was there so they ended up giving me a free hat and a pair of reef's!

ha u guys and us were some of the only teams that wore bibs, I rode ok...I screwed up on the way back of my run...I still had two falls left and fell right at the 3\4ths marker and didnt know if you fall at or past that mark you couldnt keep going...so i was in the water sitting there while the boat went in like WTF come get me!!!hahaha

yea i didnt do as well as i hoped. All I did the whole run was a shuv, 3 shuv, back big (three tries though), and fs and bs 180s. The course looked pretty big but when I actually rode it went by pretty fast. But that night made up for it when me and my boy got fvcked up on rum and I broke my toenail kicking the garbage can Laughing

hahaha thats funny! yeah that course did go pretty fast. i did an ollie, w2w heel, toeside w2w mute, some random boardslides w/ 180s and kicky attempt at the 3/4ths mark and was done~

i had to strap and skate since my team needed another boarder. my first run i thought that the turn around was a lot sooner than it was and wasted a lot. i felt like an idiot.

and then when i got picked up by the ski after i fell skating skating, i tipped it over. hahaha
