| yes its sad, but i have to come out and say it. today i got to ride for the first time in like 6 months(which happened to be my 4th time ever) and i just cant get a solid ollie anymore. i used to be able to do them somewhat decent but today it seemed i couldt do them. heres my delimma...im in the flats and i go through the ollie routine, but it seems that the front wants to slide out per say and then my ollie is all unbalanced and it slides out from under me because i didnt land on top of it right. last summer it seemed as if i could ollie better without fins and today i was riding with fins, but i never really thought of it being a big deal. do you think this could have an impact on how my ollies are taking off. or what i was thinking is maybe my front foot isnt completely perpendicular with my board so that im somewhat forcing it to slide out, or turn. which is why fins in a way could make it worse. who knows, someone help me my lamness has me in depression. |
