I watched this show from the get-go and enjoyed it, but lately it has gotten a bit lame. The first 50mins are always SO SLOW..... Then in the last 10mins there is a "major twist", i.e., we discover a new character with a new power.
They took off like a month and a half to record new episodes because no one thought it would be such a success. I knew that taking that much time off would be gay....I forgot a ton of back-stories, etc.
The sha-itty thing is that most of the characters already exist in the Marvel Universe:
Blond haird Crazy Bi-atch = Incredible Hulk
Cheer Leader = Wolverine minus the claws
Hiro (Japanese guy) = Nightcrawler
Mind-reading Cop = Professor X
In my opinion, Hiroes is like watching NBA games. It's all build-up to the last quarter. _________________ Life's Kredo = "When the snake falls in love with the spagetti it's time to buy a new hat." & "I guess I need to whiskey up these corn flakes..and heroin up this Orange Juice." |

| yes, i somewhat agree... the first 50 minutes are slow sometimes, but it's prob one of the most well produced shows on channels 2-13 (not the best, but up there). they've got great shots, great sound, all of the no body actors/actresses that ended up being able to pull their parts off really well, smooth special effects, and frankly- some of those paintings would be awesome to have! haha. I was a little dissappointed with how slow it was moving on monday, but it did set up a few things. |
