Only a few companies but some good looking products. I liked the looks of that McGuckin, and the George graphics are hilariously hot. _________________ dbanana wrote:

Ok I see more companies in the gallery. The new reed looks like such a solid deck. How about the conacave on Clint's deck/ so weird eh? It's cool how it has a flat sweet spot for you back foot. I don't know about that. I can't beleive Kampes is offering all those shoes, are they big up north? The white grinch is awesome, I like the wheels on that joker and the green one is on some sort of jack basin. The oak decks look real nice, the pool deck looks awesome. _________________ dbanana wrote:

the tail on the pool deck looks too skinny to ride well. has anyone ridden this deck? i realize that its for fun but it should also be functional _________________ "it is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation." |

kejoz, that's it. I covered every brand that had wakeskates...minus reflex, but that board looked like something from 1998...
stompin 9s, it's not really a board that's supposed to be taken too seriously. The super functional decks are the concaves. When you see that pool deck, you'd be a fool to not see what you're getting into. I love it. In fact, I'd probably marry it if it were made of flesh and blood and it looked like johnny utah's avatar.
I really like the mcguckin as well. In the lastest alliance, he said it comes with clear grip, and I guess the fins for nose and tailsliding too. Priced at 139.95, you really can't go wrong.
and the kampus line isn't too big up here. My shop used to carry kampus, but they got out of wakeskating all together (which is a heartbreaker). I'd still like to check out that clint board, just to see what's up. And yes, reed's board DOES look solid. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |
