that shizzle hurt  i have to wear a brace on my wrist for 2 weeks   ice ths thing several times a day.... sucks

| its an anti inflammatory, and it only works temporarily for the knees! Don't know about elbows though |

I get the same thing, but it's from too much masterbating.... hahahah.
I get bad ass tendonitis in my right shoulder from clicking my mouse 80,000 times per day. My left forearm gets hyper-extension from wakeskating. And, my ancles and shins hurt from playing basketball.
I go to a good massage tharapest to get all those things worked out. I also get regular visits from Dr.Rum and his assistant Nurse Coke.

These are Old Guy problems you wouldn't understand, I'm sure there's a thread talking about your first boner somewhere on here, Perhaps you would feel more at home there.

bingo! got the massage before i went to the dr. i've been sober for about 3 weeks now.. so i have to waite about 10 more days to hit the rum.

HAHAHAHAH .... They are totally old guy problems, and as far that this site is concerned, 28 is old:
My growing "old guy" problem list:
1) My days of the week devoted to drinking vs. not drinking = 6/1
2) I hate all my neighbors, and my grass can't grow for sha-it.
3) My bones and mussles hurt.
4) People keep telling me to buy life insurance.
5) I only play acustic guitar anymore
6) I am concerned about my golf swing
...........
