Pro Tour New Format?

ok I dont totally understand the pro tour format... its not like im going to enter it but lets say I got to the kelowna stop.... I cant just sign up and go there??? im so confused HELP

They are limiting the number of entries to each event. If you are actually interested in competing then you need to sign up and pay the fee for the event as soon as possible. If they have less than 20 competitors signed up then you are in. If there are more than 20 it's based on ranking and then first come, first served.

If you just want to watch then just show up.
