06 Seadoo Wake edition

Just got off the water about an hour ago, my buddy got a new Seadoo Wake edition 06. It's a great ride. They added a bit of weight to the back for a crisp wake. They also madea wider rearview mirror so you don't always have to strain your neck watching the action. I don't think the top end speed is as fast as him older RXDI, but all he uses it for is pulling skates. If anyone is looking to buy, make sure you ask for the wide board racks, not the new narrow ones. My Hyperlite Catalyst wouldn't fit into the new style rack.

ya man, my friend is a seadoo dealer so we get to demo all the new shizzle. man does the new seadoo have balls, holly shizzle that thing just fly's! 215hp, 0-80mph just over 6 seconds

picking one up tomorrow. my polaris 1050 crapped on me this weekend so i'm going to get back at it by driving home with a brand new wake edition sea-doo tomorrow. pics to come:)

I want a jetski pretty freaking bad. I will probably get a used one, but if I had the money to spare i'd get the wake edition in a heartbeat. Two of my friends have wake editions, and i love em. The pilon is great and board racks are very nice to have.

jacque_mehoff, yes. was going to buy one from the first place i wanted around 11,999 after sales tax, prep and something else. seadoo has a pre-paid $300 visa going on until the end of the month so that will be sweet. the first place also had a promo for a custom cover, jacket(won't wear it though), fire extinguisher and an anchor and a rope for $99. i called this other place 30 miles away and they said they will meet all those deals and beat the price so my money's spent.

None of the Wake's are Supercharged. He may have a GTX Limited that has a Supercharger. Its the same thing as a Wake, just diffrent colors and no Board racks, and no Pylon. Thats what I use (GTX limited, with Supercharger) I just put the pylon on that. I like it a little better, the extra power with the SC makes it nice
