hey make sure to get some tall galvanized poles, i got ones that were to short and it didnt work out so well. It wasn't stable and we had trouble hammering it into the ground it actually broke. haha but good luck hope it works out for you. |

David_Roehm, I got everything, came out to $207.59 at Home Depot. Everything though, so I'm gonna start buildign tomorrow morning, anybody in the Orlando area that wants to help shoot me a PM asap. |

this is exactly what i used. makes for a good steady and strong rail. |

gporter, i built mine in like an hour the night before we put it in the lake. just make sure you countersink the screws! |

gporter, it's a tool you use to make a little groove around the hole so that the screw sits flush... This is a countersunk washer.

You drill a hole big enough and deep enough to submerge the head of the screw below the surface of the rail, so your board dosent hang up on exposed screw heads. Your c0ck will thank you!
I'll help you build it, if we can test it out at the end of my street.
