Yo, has anyone here ridden the model g skate and if so what did ya think about it. I'm digging the little lips on each end and thinking about getting one. Haven't heard any reviews though.

I have not rode it yet but I saw it and the lips were very extreme. Im sure it prolly rides like a catalyst.

Here is Matt Hayden riding it at Worlds last year...last minute change up for him...he broke his last Urso. Liked it..I rode it for a couple minutes. Definitely different. But I liked it, I am getting one this season for sure!

I've never cared for the catalyst skates. They always seemed to skinny for me. This boards overall profile looks more like a skate that I would dig. Wish they would offer it with a sintered/grind base.

The lip around the board is designed to lock your feet in for w2w and spins. It doesnt have concave like most boards. Almost like a flat deck with a lip around the edge

At 42 inches I would feel like my stance was way to wide to use those lips. There's no concave???
