yea it kinda sucks that we cant put 2 rails in there, it is possible, but you would be landing so close to the side of the pond. ouch.

Damn that water looks clear, i guess im just use to the dirty swamp water
That spot look sick, i say just make that a down rail. Or maybe some how make it interchangeable so you can have PVC also

i would say make all of the rails portable / removable. Once you have the rail stuck on one side, you will get bored and want it on another.

| You should make some permanent, pre-dug postholes on either side and then two or three different rails that you can drop in and out. (Similar to the handrail at the berrics). Just lift it out and drop the new one in on either side to change it up every once in a while, shouldnt take more thatn 2 or 3 people to do.

What about a curved rail to get super steezy on? Then you could have it be a little outside the pond but still land in it as you'll be coming in at an angle.
