My home made whinch

well i searched every forum on how to make whinchs and came across some one making a whinch from a go kart engine, and i have two perfectly working engines with 6.5 hp and 8 h.p . and from what i understand , all i need to do is get the engine, get a good amount of ski rope and spool that can hold the amount, and buld a frame that will be hold the whinch in place and not move when pulling a wakeskater..

i dont no anything about engines or whinchs so if anyy one can
give me sum tips it'd be greatly appreciated
