Yeah I do I made it out of diamond plate steel and a piece of steel pipe that we had laying around

i was thinking of using a comet gearbox but what i understand ...

a lot of (commercial winches) use tav kits and engines with more than 6hp

a tav kit is designed for up to 6hp engines

thought about that too, but it think it's gonna be really heavy and expensive to make it strong enough

i have to pay somebody to make it for me, if i could make it myself i would have a go
