yea here is the order starting from the right, sprocket,sprocket holder, threaded rods running through the spool and are bolted onto the wall of the spool on the other side, then there are 2 set screw ...

the spool is a spool that came with the 400' feet of rope we bought at home depot so we bought a sprocket and sprocket holder ran 4 threaded rods through it all and bolted it tight on the other side s ...

ok guys some pics of the spool put together and installed ready for the chain, going to give it a test run tomorrow then take everything apart and paint, but here ya go

why it works just fine to me i had one on my go kart when i was 12 worked fine

ok the rest of my stuff came in today and i finished my spool just have to fix the chain and fire it up.. i will post some pics tonight.
