Just wondering if anyone had any gym tips for the off season. I'd like to bulk up a little bit before I start riding again and was just wondering if anyone had a routine that they do. I found a couple of things online,

That one is just generally for wakeboarding. I decided to change it a little bit by doing extra cardio in the form or running, and extra ab stuff.

This was good for telling me what to eat and such (there are popup ads on there just so you know) and to add to the other workout.
So yeah, I'm basically just wondering if anyone out there lifts because I don't that much and don't want to be doing the wrong thing. |

| get a pull up bar. do pushups and dips... i've sorta found i like just moving my own weight around instead of bars & dumbbells etc... you can use those 3 and a deck of cards.. whatever you flip.. is the number you have to do, if it's below 5 do them very slow. take 1 -2 min between sets. yer done |

uhhh well for starters if you want to get more pop do wall sits...thats what i do and my ollies have def. gotten bigger. find a wall sit against it like ur takin a shizzle...and hold it for about 1-2 min it will help...do pushups abs ext.

if u do like ab sh*t when u wake up, b4 u lift, after u lift, and b4 u go 2 sleep ull deff have good abs. i did that 4 a little while n i had good abs, then i quit doin that n im back to normal.
4 lifting u gota change ur rutine like all the time, i usualy do one muscle group a day, like chest mon, bicept tues, tris n shoulders wed, n back thursday. itd probably b best 2 find a friend that already knows what there doing n just start goin w/ them _________________ P.S.... this is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated |

If you are a member at a gym, generally they are willing to give you a free consultation on setting up a work out plan/diet. If not you could always sign up for a couple of personal training sessions to get a basic plan together.
I think for wakeskating working on your core (abs) is very important with balance and control.
If you get started on a plan, stick with it though, that's the only way you will see results. |

Don't forget to make eye contact in the mirror and kiss your bicep when workin with dumbells.  _________________
