Hyperlite Catalyst Board

I'm thinking of buying the 05 model since prices went down on them. has anyone here ridden one? How did you like it? thanks

the 05 catalyst is a relaly good board it is not my favorite i sitll prefer the Karma or gate over it however it has a really good ride and pop and it flips really easly for kickflip tricks however it does have a more square like edge then the 04 model

I have ridden the gate but I didn't like it very much. This is my first year riding so I cant kickflip or anything yet all I can do is shuvs lip tricks and working on some wake to wakes. Ive been riding a Hyperlite Scape but I'm ready for a better board but dont want to spend like $200 so i thought that the catalyst looked good.

ohh i wasnt saying it wasnt a good board i was jsut saying my preference but the catalyst is defintly an awsome board for the 200$ budget i would defintly recommend it

i initially wanted the catalyst, but all the shop had left was a 111 karma. soglad i got that(KARMA). MAD POP, good for a guy my size,real boyant. sold my byerly. too small(byerly) stuck a shuv-3 first try on the karma. regripped it. stoked.paid 211.00 out the door
