Winch's????

How many companies are making a winch? and does anyone know who they are and how to contact them?

hypoxic films makes one but i woudlent buy it unless your willign to invest time and effort into makign it work properly, its not the best desgign and the dont test their parts or tune them before they send it. it has no operaters manuel either...the parts are good, but it works good after some hard work and time on the clutch mostly. and maybe the wheels.

mikeskatesonwater, Me , Hypoxic and Rewind are the only ones so far, I am very close to releasing mine, Rewind and Hypoxic are kind of a pain to get ahold of, but Hypoxic easier by far than Rewind, Im pretty easy to get a hold of too, but Im still a little ways from releasing mine, but thats b/c I dont want people saying stuff like what numb, said about the Hypoxic, so I am trying to make every part as robust as possible

Thanks Kento for forgetting Neverride. Our winches pulled riders during an invent in Franced without failling ones, working 8 hours a day....during 5 days straight .....ask Shane Bonifay what he thought of it while clearing a 33 feet gap with no rope slack Wink

i fixed the clutch on my hypoxic one now, works alot better. i mean improvements can be made on anything.... but its alot faster and smoother and takign the rope out is alot easyer, here is a lil vid from the first day when it still sucked. just fooling around on an upside down sail boat, it was still moving slow so you coudlent do much but you can pop anything you can do behind a boat behind it now.

NR, hahah my apologies man, yeah I dont know how I can forget the only other legit co. that I know of in the winch market lol. . . . .500 lashes with a wet noodle how are things going with your guys winch btw?

no one checked my vid? i wish the hypoxic winch had a larger range of speeds.. they said it could go between 15 and like 28 but it only goes about 19 tops

I dont consider a product that says it can do something that it cant legit, so far NeverRide is actually the ONLY legit winch company, idk where the "other" came from

The NR winches are sick, first time i rode behind one and i loved it, just make sure they are fully attached and that you dont get a kiteboarder on them Wink
