I want to build a flat rail over the marsh. Is it legal? There are duckblind structures. Why would a wakeskate structure be any different. Has anybody had encounters here to give me some feedback? They are around frequently in the summer. They pull us over for no reason, I'd rather have a good reason and test the limits.

I like that. Well officer I just figured since duckblinds were built here in the marsh , it would be ok to build a little flat bar.
