I have been traveling all day today and just checked into my hotel room.

As soon as I fired up my machine, I saw a bunch of posts about how everyone is leaving and is fed up with the discussions and moderators lately. It is too bad that you all feel the way you do.

Right now is the worst time of the year for wake related message boards. Most people are not riding and have very little to talk about that actually has anything to do with wakeskating. People are bored and are starting beef with other users on purpose. Etc, etc... You guys make up this community, so it is up to you to decide how helpful and/or fun it will be.

There really is no need for anyone to announce they are leaving. If you wish to not participate anymore or read the forums, then just don't. It is pretty simple. We will all figure it out over time. And I think some are making a wise choice to leave because the community, as a whole, will be better off without them.

I understand that there may be some disagreemens with members of the moderator team. I'll discuss this with them and see how we can improve.

Before you make another post about how bad things are, think about what you can do to help improve the community. Think about how much of an effort you have given to make this community a better place for everyone.

I hope to soon read about some creative solutions, instead of a bunch of finger pointing and complaining.

i say we have a thread where we all can just yell at each other. then if one thread starts to be all fighting that arguement can just be thrown into the arguement thread. and if somebody has a problem with another person they can just say it in the arguement thread to keep the rest of the threads nice and peaceful.
