a bunch of crazy ass things flyin' and flippin' around my screen
just regular angles and no visual effects, i mean Fill in the Blanks is cool and all, i like it, bu i need a movie that has the same concept of f.i.t.b. but no crazy visuals, what do u think/.

i think 1337wKsk8r, is saying that fitb is making wakeskating look gay. imagine if you were a skateboarder and had never seen wakeskating before and watched fitb.

and wakeskating films are rare as is. You should be happy that someone took all of that time to make one so you can see who is killing it and what is going on in the wakeskating world. plus it's nice to have these videos to help get through the loooong wintery season.

Hmm, I can't quite comment on how "gay" wakeskating would look based on FITB, but I can tell you that there are skateboarding vids that have visual effects, themes, non-skate footage, etc. and they don't make skating look gay. I guess one I personally enjoy is tincan folklore, but I know there are others.

ya i think its cool that more people are making wakeskate films but i just think that the rider should be the focous, not the editing. its not like i hate the video i just would rather see less editing

visual effects are a form of art, as is wakeskating. its almost like saying, "cant i get a video with just some normal tricks, not all these crazy kickflips and varials?". thats in a way what you are asking of those who edit and create visual effects. why restrict?

i think fitb had a lil bit to much stuff in it but i dont feel it took anything away from the riding

electricsnow, Will the Pill, Yo Tambien, I dont really think it makes wakeskating look gay, I mean look at "yeah right" that vid has all sorts of random rediculousness, and it's still considered a "real" skate vid, most of my friends who aren't into wakesports, find Invisible Cinema, and 12 Honkeys the most entertaining, and the reason why is " they don't just have trick after trick after trick, kinda boring, it has a lot more lifestyle stuff, makes it more fun to watch" thats a direct quote; however, I haven't seen FITB so I can't say if they went too far or not
