Wakeskate construction help

Hey guys im thinking about building a wakeskate using a paulownia timber blank,(they make surfboards out of them) my brother has made a few surfboards and was wondering what you guys would think the best way to bend/put a rocker in the board would be, at the moment im thinking of steaming it but i wanted to know what other options i had. I have made a couple of boards before so i have a fair idea of what im doing just ive never used a full plank like this.

Also if i am able to find a good bending solution i would be looking to start selling the wakeskates that i make!
