First off I know this is last seasons board, but is exactly the same as the new ones as far as I know. It's the 39.5. I love the concave, the pocket in between the concave and the kicktail is so big that it feels great when you land tricks. Its pretty much indestructible too. I've been riding rails here and at OWC constantly for the past month and theres no damage. The only thing is streaks of wax on the board (Pics where from 1st day.) The only thing I could say bad about it is the amount of rocker. When I was first riding my nose would submerge under the wake or under when i landed a trick. Iv'e now gotten use to it though so its not a big deal. The kicktails are perfect. They don't tapper off as much as some so my size 12 feet are comfortable on it. I am absolutely in love with this board and my next board is going to be another remote I'm sure of it.

I know what your trying to accomplish with the level pic but did u take a level measurement of what u were leveling off of?....ie the dock? I wouldn't think from rocker to rocker it could be that far out?

ArcticSkate'n, I'm pretty sure he was just showing the concave and using the level as a straight edge to have a reference. He was not trying to find out if the concave was level. I'm assuming

Thanks for the great post about our decks. The only difference between this board and the newer ones is the amount of urethane. The newer decks have a bit more urethane in the sidewall. Same shape/ construction. Thanks again glad to hear your enjoying it.

remote,You're welcome the board truly is amazing. So more urethane=more durability? Wow, they must be tanks. Oh yeah and one quick question, they areas for lock in fins. If I drill into them will the deck get water logged or are they already pre sealed or something? Thanks.

If you drill into the holes you should drop in some resin/ epoxy just to be safe, but none of our guys do and the boards hold up fine. If you want it to last forever though you should add some. Thanks
