I don't know the current status of the project, but I know for sure that they have a prototype model made. It think it will be interesting to see how all of this plays out in the near future.

HYPERLITE SUCKS BECAUSE.................... all they care about is making money they are not in it for the progression of wakeskating. all they want to do is put out the next big thing cause they know that 90% of you will buy any homosexual gimmik they come out with. I MEAN HONESTLY WOULD BYRELY RIDE IT IF IT WASN'T GOOD hell yeah he would cause they pay him to, thats his job. but for somereason people think that it is there job to support what ever they put out, hyperlite are a bunch of rip off mo fo's

Hyperlite makes sick skates. I like them, I just prefer a different board. All these companies are in it to make money. What company isn't? I think people make the battle of the brands a lot bigger of a deal that it is. The owner of the companies all hang out and are frineds or former friends. I've been to the parties and seen what goes on. We are the one's making up all the drama. Hyperlite is sick, but I just for now I prefer cassette.

cfxomega, Catalyst, both Thomas Horrell and Brian Grubb told me directly that Hyperlite has a prototype of it. But as with Dave, I know nothing more than that they have it.

I'm sure most companies have a prototype of the bi-level, or are working on one at least. If this board is hot (people are buying it like it's candy), then other companies are going to need to try to sell their bi-level.

PIRATE, i want you to give me prrof that hyperlite is only in it for money and not the love of the sport. If you can do that with some logical proof other than they make crappy skates so because of that they secretly hate the sport and are trying to make money ill agree with you on your oppinions with hyperlite. For the record also hyperlite skates dont suck, there perfect for rails, awesome for all the finless riding everyone seems to love because of there channels and there basically indestructable compared to woodskates.

What happened to the progression of the sport? I thought we were all in this together? To push the sport. Now all I hear out of Thomas and Cassette is Hyperlite stole my 4trac idea, Hype stole my bi-level idea. So much for progression. Looks like they are only in it for the publicity. Maybe they should try competing more often and spending less time bitching about who is "stealing" their ideas. So when a company like Sattelyte comes on the scene and makes flat decks, whos idea are they stealing? F*ck the Bullsh*t, quit bitching, go out and ride, and most of all HAVE FUN STOP CRYING!!!
