|
|
So about after a couple of months convincing my girlfriends parents to set up a rail park on their private property in Tahoe (I promised to keep the location a secret) I was finally able to create this new paradise. So now that I had the rails in, I needed to build a winch so I did that too. Big thanks to a couple friends for the help on the winch because without them I would still probably be working on it but instead it pulled perfect from the first pull with no problems at all. hope you all enjoy

GnarShredd, more like the whole pie
LFsk8er, I pray every day that heaven is just like this
thatwasrad, the only idea I got from Austin's and David C.'s winch was the diamond plate on the outside of the spool and some of his frame design which is actually a lot different than mine but I don't want to go into detail on the many differences( which if you would build a winch yourself you'd know) but rather thank Austin and especially David C. for helping me out on building this thing. Never been so stoked

awatts, Thanks buddy! Can't wait for you to get up here already and ride this place. It really is magical up here. You'll love it but we gotta hit it up before it gets buried with 30 feet of snow for the winter.

Live2Ride, what a sick spot......all those big white boulders make it look wild.
the biggest rock round here is a grain of sand
secret spots are so damn sexy

PrimeO, Thats sick you're building a park and pool gap. Its so worth the time and effort being able to ride something you've built yourself.
Raven, yeah Tahoe is a bit far from the beach but there are huge granite boulders everywhere up here. Looks badass and they make good spots to start off from. I just want to know what hikers think when they go through the woods and find this place haha
