Can someone explain to me exactly what these are? like what size boat does it need to be, what motor is best to use, ect.. I have a couple buddies who are getting into skating and want to set one up, but they (and I) don't know where to start with this.

Thanks.
Jeff

yeah i built it...its a 16 ft grumman wide john, its got a cheap universal tower on it....i cut some 1/2 inch salt treated plywood for the inside floor...its got a 40 hp johnson hand tiller...it pulls a 200 plus pound guy out of the water with 4 people in the boat. so its got plenty of power. if you went with a 4 stroke engine it would be a little less powerful off the holeshot but much better on gas

Hey jeff me and my buddy built this one for real cheap http://www.wakeskating.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=31148.

Flat bottom 16 ft
40 yamaha (2 stroke is recommended just for the holeshot) it was a rebuit Katrina motor.
old chevy s10 light/roll bar real light and universal.
and plywood bottoms. let me know if you need more detailed pics.

Thanks Reeseboy! I'll be in touch if needed.

Is it possible to find a boat with the motor needed? or is this something you would need to build? Cause when i look all I see is really small motors on these boats?

Thanks guys!

'LemonsCraft' is a fictive boat company which makes unexpensive hardcore wakeskating boats (originally designed for the Bayou). The Founder/CEO is a guy called Ryan Lemons.
