yo my lake house is at lake harwell SC and it gets pretty cold in the winter and i REALLY want to keep wakeskating all year. will a full body wetsuit work or not?

yes.

go to a surf shop and try some on and get some info on them.

its hard to buy wetsuits online because you need to make sure they fit really well

yeah, just make sure its a thick suit. I went and got a 2/3 last summer when they were on sale and it helped me alot in the winter when I skimmed surfed and skated. you should look into a suit that is thick though, maybe a 3/4 full suit.

I'm in NY (Long Island) and I surf in December with a 5/4/3- hooded, gloved and bootied. I'm pretty sure my water is colder though haha. My point- a 5/4/3 is awesome.

I've got a 3/2 and that gets me into the late fall then I've got a 6/5/4 with gloves and boots that takes me threw the rest of the season in Canada.

Anyways the 3/2 will get you through a SC winter no problem.

when it gets really cold, like 3-5° C outside and water around 11° C I use a drysuit: warm and i sooo comfortable!

thats wat i used to scuba dive in cali when water was like 40-50
