alliance add for bi-level

in the recent issue an add with an outline of thomas holding the bi-level is shown. to anyone who has also seen this add or the real thing first hand, not the preview by boardstop.com, is the top deck flexible or what, to where it wont snap or break in order to kick down. if this is too complicated of a question and i have to find out myself first hand, just say so. thank you
