daniel, how is that harsh? Who wants to purchase a product from a business with a reputation of poor customer service?

I'm not taking sides, just stating my opinion based on reoccurring incidents here on the forum.

daniel, yeah, i dont think its harsh at all. just as tad said the poor customer service is what made me not want to support them. if they dont have the "time" to get back to me on a question or something im not giving them a dime of my money.

Oak on the other hand has shown me OUTSTANDING customer service, i ordered from them a while back mikey answered all my questions promptly and even called me once i received my board to make sure i was happy with it.

actually i do support oak i have last years flapjack, but i did get a hold of new and the guy that checks all the emails has been in the hospital this whole week so I'm going to say that its understandable. ill have my new skate in the week.

i agree completely, still believe your statement was harsh.

shoulda thrown the IMO behind my statement i guess.

I've always had really good experiences dealing with New and I've never had a problem getting a hold of em. I think I still have Robin's cell # I'll try giving em a call

Barrett's been in the hospital for the last few days because of a surgery on a wierd leg injury and before that was layed up at home because of it, so hurting. So give the guy and New a break. He's doing pretty much everything over there now because Robin has been hella busy on some other big projects so when Barrett's down and out, things might no go as smooth as normal. Besides that, other times he's probibly super busy actually MAKING boards and is short on time. Just my 2 cents.

They responded to me in less than a day. Actually, they responded with a phone call so they could get my order straight. It was nuts.
