Grinch Winch

I have the opportunity to get a Grinch winch, my friend says there POS, what do u think

personally not my favorite winch. tends to break quite a bit.

i own a pulldozer(FTW) and the pull is quite consistant and i havnt had a problem with it once!

but depending on the circumctances(sp?WHACK) if you are able to get a good deal then shooot its a winch! Smash

ive never had a problem with the grinch, i like it more then the pull dozer though i can tell you that much. Id suggest building your own, youll spend WAY less money, and know exactly how it works n how to fix things if they break.

I love home building winches, building them up from complete nothing, then finding out what you do and what you don't like about them, then slowly changing the design till you have exactly what you want, and that way when they do stuff up or they have somethin that goes wrong, you know instantly how to fix it and what needs to be fixed. Ánd u have a sense of accomplishment for what you have designed, tested and tweaked till its better

Build your own to save money. Or buy a 12 gauge if u want to company made winch, they put love into every winch yes no revloving pannel. Very Happy

The new Grinch is 100% amazing!!! Super safe, the best build quality, been around a long time, and easy to work with if there is a problem! Plus it comes with rope and a handle!!

Building your own is fun if you have a welder and a bunch of spare time and are ok with testing and changing and going through all the headaches of that.
