we are having problems with our tav 2 it keeps jamming and we have to fully remove the pulley on the engine shaft to release it. its getting really annoying having to do this every other pull. Has any one suffered similar problems or can anyone help. cheers

marhe, often problems with TAVs can be solved by removing it completely and attaching it again. I know this worked for me when i was having problems. It almost sounds like its to tight if it keeps jamming...

Ours did this yesterday for its first time and we have been using it for a year. The pully got jammed because our bolt was loose. So we just lined it backup and tightened it and didnt have the problem again.
