Don't want to get to political, but I can't believe I'm hearing American's criticize our health care. Let's get serious, everything up here is covered under public health care, at least we don't have to pay thousands to fix a broken leg. Rich or poor, everyone has the right to health care.

Yo parky if you still want to know, it's just where your shorts and the salt water are mixing together and rubbing you, i got it while wakeboarding in the bay last year, try to wear just regular shorts and it's better.

Parky, it's probably your swim shorts. Certain fabrics will rub worse in salt water and some won't hurt at all.

I got a weird red rash last year from my swim suit and it is starting this year again. Mad Sad I got a different pair of board shorts and it didn't do it as much, so a morphfag said it's most likely your shorts.
