I'm trying to decide on what shoes to get? I was looking at the byerly 3 and a few of the others. I don't know anything about any of them, basically I'm wondering what your opinions are. Let me know what you think.

I have some 1973 Nike blazers. AWESOME shoes for skating. If you can find some buy them. Or buy some remakes.

The Nike 6.0 Mogan Wake are cheaper than most any of the other wakeskate shoes out. Now, Nike SB are more so spendy on the side.

Mike Skates on Water has been skating a pair of regular Nike 6.0 Mogan's for almost a year and his still look pretty nice and still rideable for this summer.

Anyone know anything about the Byerly 3's?

I skate with classic vans. Work well for me but I probably don't punish them as hard as you guys do.

chuck d, if you find yourself driving I-5 down to portland at all, the centralia out-let mall has a nike store. they have 6.0's for $30..
i have picked up a couple pairs. so if you are down south its worth a stop. (all there shoes $30.. golf, basketballers..court..)
also, anything will work, the less padding the better or your shoes do get heavy.
enjoy the ride!
