mike.h, agreed. About 100 years in existence and until now it was mostly just carves. It would be cool if they started making smaller surfboards for tech tricks.

jboss, you cant make surfboards much smaller than they already are. they do have fish boards that are shorter but they are wider so it would make kickflips harder but shuvits easier. a while ago i told my friend that they would be landing kickflips on surfboards in a couple years. he was like 'no way dude' i gotta show him this video.

you can actually surf with the liquid force wakesurf boards from last year b/c they were really thick they are actualy not to bad either

Ya know I was wondering.................what would happen if they made a surfboard shorter, fatter, and twin tipped, kind of like a big wakeskate. Well then you could do flip tricks shuvs etc. I could see this. Surfskate.

dont disrepect the sport that started it all. its the most dangerous thing out there and it shows how difficult it is by seeing how long it takes to get where we are today.

tony hawk landed a k filp on a surfboard, but it was kinda gay kuz the board was 10' wide and he was towed in on like a knee high wave.
