Hey all, I'm new to this forum and have heard alot of things about oak, some good, some bad. My question is since its so tough, for a wood skate, how well would it hold up on rails compared to other wooden boards such as LF? How does it hold up compared to composites?
I have both composit and wooden, but havent taken them on rails, is there a special sealent for wood skates to help them hold up? |

A lot of brands that make woodskates now use a pbt rail bottom. Its very durable. Oaks and sattelytes both use them. They will hold up very well on rails. _________________ Some people make birdhouses, some people knit sweaters. I star in high-quality pornographic films. To each his own... |

the 07 LF hve the new bottom, at least waltons do. depending on where it was made, it may just fall apart anyway... i still love their boards though. _________________ News Reporter: "What would you say to all the other kids looking to throw a party while their parents were away?"
