just go to a pluming store and just buy a 6-8 in PVC connector fitting (butt connector). Its the thing to join 2 PVC drain tubes end to end. about 14 inches long. i think.
they ussually cost about 5 bucks. Theres your roller and then just use a continuous rockered wakeskate on it. or whatever board you got. its a little harder to balance with a rockered wakeskate then a flat board but it will get you the same trainer for a couple bucks.
oh yeah i put duct tape around the roller in a few rings like the real indo boards have and it gave the roller a ton more grip.

Yeah, I found like a 16" section of 4" PVC pipe kicking around our cabin and I just use that with my flat deck.
Wrapping it with duct tape is a good idea, I'll have to try that. |

My favorite balance board is from vewdo, they are lots of fun.. I have four of them I just bought an indo though so I can get used to them. I love balance boards. I can 3 shuv, bs shuv, fs suv, bs 180, fs180 on an indo, im close to 360s. On the vewdo I cant 3 shuv yet, but i'll get one sometime. Ollies and kickflips are super hard on the vew do since you have to land back on the track, they have to be easier on the indo.
this is pretty fun too, i got this idea from Lemons:
I can fs and bs 3shuv on it... its more challenging than indo or vewdo imo. _________________ integrity-wake.com | chriscut.com |

TheLeprechaun, you should really think about changing your screenname to MacGyver. Seriously.
Chris Barcellos, do you HAVE to own so many of EVERY type of board out there? Save some for the rest of us for crying out loud. _________________ The above are opinions of NotSoBueno, based on NotSoBueno's life experiences and are not reflective of the opinions of wakeskating.com, posters on wakeskating.com, or readers of threads on wakeskating.com. |
