just remove the last character "-"
I'm surprised that they don't present their bi level and also that nobody talks about it on this forum.

WC, at this point I'm not sure there's a whole lot to talk about yet. They didn't even have one at the expo, or at least not that I saw.

RUSSIAN, from a purely visual perspective? I bet he simply finds it aesthetically appealing.

Yea just judging by the picture the Cassette, Devotid and Synergy bi-levels all look better than that one. Is it just me or does the shape of the top deck just not look right?

labellethrasher, I agree.

Chris, no, i haven't posted them yet. But I've been very motivated this week and one of the articles i've completed (or is near completion) is my date with expo. I'll be posting everything tomorrow (hopefully).

I'm actually very curious to see the construction of this thing, just to see how well a compression molded top deck will flex, and how they'll actually bond a compression molded top deck with a wooden bottom deck.

yesterday I just noticed that one of the armadas has that chubby asian kid on it...like the one whose face was photo shopped into the craziest photos. I think it's funny...like such an obscure thing to add into a board graphic.

Yeah, like how Burton made plaid jackets and trousers 04 and then the year after O'Neill had some plaid boardshorts and now it's like, plaid everywhere!

electricsnom, check the akonite thread cauz in the meantime kevin calvez made his own pro model with fiberglass on top, the same used for pole vault. I haven't seen anything more flex than this board so the liquid force should be a good surprise too.
Those two boards looks like twins but I prefere the shape of the akonite top deck

Wc how do the two akonite decks hold together? I see the screw tops (with washers?) on the top of the deck. I guess I'm just wondeing if there are trucks or something else? any pics of it taken apart? and does the deck flex much on the toe and heel sides, the screws are super far out. My Cassette bi levels flex in every direction but the screws/trucks are further in.
