apples and oranges, son. If it's one of the real 06 bi levels, you won't be disappointed (a friend has one, I've held it in my hands...I never wanted to let go). but oak makes a solid product--it's all about the board that you want to ride, and that's the truth. it's cheesy but true.

Alex Lirio, If you want something you can trust, buy Oak. If you want something that could break and then still have it not be replaced after 2 years, go Cassette.

Agreed. Do your own research dude. If you searched you will find out that bi levels have a tenency to break quickly. Oak's decks are quality and can take a severe beating. Weigh your options. Bilevels ride like a dream but don't hold up. The end.

not phony, it's just that ps stix decided to screen 06 graphics on 05 bottoms. the pure 06s have a nice coating on them and a friend of mine has been ripping them every day this past summer and they've been lasting quite nicely. the main issue was submarining the nose on kickflips, but outside of that, it's a solid product, for sure.

and even with teh boardstop release from a few months ago, you don't hear about the problems that you did from that first batch of 05s.

anyway, I eat babies.
