i went to jamacia with my church when i was a sophmore in high school so in 2000 it was awsome. Chilin w/ the kids at there school and painting it. They have alot of respect for people.

Then I took a cruise there in 2003 and it was an other great experience.

A decent story about my first trip there.

the guy in that picture w/ me is the local athelete, he does mtn bike tours for a living. i went down there my first time about 6 years ago and was trying to get there for the triathlon. it was listed wrong on two different sites... so unfortuantely i was leaving 3 days before the event. damian took me through the course, the swim was in great bay, the entire mtn bike part was in the rain, through the back country of jamaica.. the run was crossing fields etc.. it was a lot of fun. when we got back to jake's, i caught a quick shower and my girlfriend and i meet him back at the bar there (dougie's bar) and a european couple about our age was at the bar and we all hung out.. this STRIKINGLY HOT girl comes to the bar and gets a drink to go back to her table in the resturant area.... damian speaks to her or whatever... later he introduces me to her, it was kate moss... turns out she's staying in the bungaloo adjoined to ours.....the next morning she hung out w/ us for coffee and shot the $hit for a while.. pretty cool girl.
