13 feet is pretty short but it will still be fun, i live in rochester but ride up by fergus falls. we have a 64 foot a-frame, 16 foot ramp 32 foot top 16 foot ramp. it breaks down into 4 16 foot pieces to make it mobile.

my family has an old ski barge, like 1968 old. all it has is a cockpit so we load all 4 pieces on it and haul them to where we ride and set it up. its easy and quick, this beast has a 75 HP merc on it. ill post a pic so you people can laugh.

ahh, sorry. i searched for a pic on google. haha, its pretty much like that without the railing, the flag, and the decent look. ours is tan and white and really crappy. perfect for skating behind and hauling rails. the 2 pics in my gallery are behind it.

dude is that the first rail you have built ??? cause in all honesty its going to be really hard to sink that thing and also to find level ground for it to sit on in the water.

anyway good luck and that looks fun.

im sure if you gu ys tie a few thigns to the bottom then toss her in it should be fine. might be a little shaky with a slant or like a teeter totter but it just adds to the challenge.
