yeh ive seen ppl wakeskating behind a small aluminium boat with a 15 hp. 9.9 will be too small, you can jsut get up on 15.

ive gotten up deepwater behind a 9.9 hp 9 ft zodiac. and i weigh around 140...you really have to work it. you have to pump up to get out of the water, then go back down, then pump up again and again until the boat gets on plane.

14 ft. Carolina Skiff J-14 with a 15 hp Yamaha... It pulled you up out of the water pretty good so I don't see why a 9.9 would be so bad

IM TELLING YOU ALL. it works, no more deliberation. even my friend who weighs like 180 got up on it. with a wakeboard though. but still. it is done.

Im telling you guys you wont get up behind a 9.9

you have to trust me on this because the reason I got a 15 is because the 9.9 I had before wouldnt pull me... satori*, yes it will work with a wakeboard... wakeskates are different... there smaller alot this surface area... Greg T, when I was wakeboarding behind a 9.9 It was harshly boggin I would have to 14 mph ...
