Ok, so Ive pretty much got bs pop shuvs behind the boat dialed. The key for consistancy was cutting out and then waiting a second or two to throw it. When I winch though it is so much harder to land them. I Can get the board to rotate most of the time but keep landing facing a lil forward. Why is this so much harder for me on the winch? Also coming from wakeboarding a lot of tricks were easy to learn like fs180's. When I strapped I could do Ollie bs 180 easily; landing them both blind or with the handle pass. Why is this trick giving me such a hard time. Thanks duders _________________ Without water one cannot live.
Bamalurker, do exactly what you just said.. cut a tiny bit on your heels and flatten off right before you go to pop the shuv. That's what helped me with doing tricks down drops.
I think its hard to get away from the mentality of riding behind the line to the winch. When you ride boat or ski you are cutting around to do tricks. Gaining and dropping speed. The winch is no different. Just feels like you should be tracking behind the line to the winch. _________________ https://vimeo.com/moontowerco
