Wakeskating vs. Wakeboarding

Wakeskating just gives me so much more of a free feeling.

I prefer wakeboarding because I think anything Kovak did is better than anything Nick Taylor can do.

I just hate how people who don't do either think wakeboarding is so amazing bc of all the rolls and flips. They don't understand how much work we go through to land tricks consistently on a wakeskate. A lot of the tricks are so technical and people just don't understand. Rolling Eyes

splitphire, what ever man but doing a tootsie roll or a fruit loop over a FAT wake will make chicks tops go flying, a kickflips never done that.

Difference between wakeboarders and skaters is simple:
Wakeboarder does trick, comes back on the dock and goes: Did you see how high i did (insert wakeboard trick here)
Wakeskater does trick, his fellow skaters watch and cheer. Everyone happy(:

The coolest thing is that even if there are skaters you don't know you will still voice your appriciation for the trick.

both fun. do what you prefer. get stoked on both. any level headed person is fun to ride with. my bro in law is an amazing strapper, and becuase he is, he also tries skatin and is fun to ride with even if he's strappin cuz he still appreciates skatin tons and is stoked on everything. he is also the most humble rider i know and has not a care in the world for who is watchin him ride. companies do watch and give him all sorts of fun free stuff, bonus! i get to share in the goods sometimes. no one can complain about new free ropes and stuff.
