can i use my old shoes (not skate shoes) on my new hyperlite scape 09 which has FOAM grip? will it mess up the grip?
i am asking this because i cannot afford to buy the wakeskate grip right now.
please help

Yeah buy like 2 or 3 sheets of just normal griptape it's like $15 but yeah you should most def wear shoes cuz then it will be easier to do shiz.

Naw i just laid down some sand paper, like 150 grit and go barefoot. And if thats not enough traction I put some spikes and broken glass on it, just help. For some reason my feet are a little torn up, i think i need to break in the glass first!

drill some bindings on it, they grip better than any shoe on the market
any shoe will be fine, you can ride barefoot if you really want to
